Paws Up! Lucy here. Our mom has been lying in bed for several days and making a funny sound with her nose and throwing tissues at us near the garbage basket. We shred them because we think it is a game. She usually says: "leave it" but she seems really tired and she just laughs and licks them up later in the day. Also she is making a funny sound that sounds like barking, so sometimes we bark back and then she laughs at us again. What we really want to say is how much we like when our Auntie's bring over this big bag of chicken soup. Mom gets out of bed and hugs them and then we smell it and think it is for us. we sit and stare at them until finally someone dips our milk bones into the soup and we get to taste it. So we don't mind that mom is in bed this week as long as get some chicken soup!
